4 REASONS YOU ARE FEELING LAZY !

First of all , what exactly is laziness? In scientific language ,  laziness can be defined as disinclination in an activity despite having the ability to exert one self . And in layman's language , it can be defined as  unwillingness to do some work even when you want to or have to . 

Also , it can become a major hindrance in your studies  especially when the exam season is on top of your head ! 

Also , have you ever thought of reasons behind your laziness ? 

Let's jump into the reasons !

WELL, this is one of the most common reason of people being unwilling to perform their tasks ! if you are feeling tired because of work or you are not enough sleep , then, the TIP for you is to just STOP AND RELAX ! the reason being never push yourself to your work when your body is demanding for some rest and sleep . so , very first thing you need to do is just sit back , relax and have a cup of tea ! 

At times, we feel tired for no reason , the major  reason can be improper diet or not following a proper routine ! In this case, if you don't follow any routine then the least you can do is to follow a proper diet which means avoiding junk food and oil - fried food as much as you can . Also , don't forget to STAY HYDRATED in this scorching heat . 

2. OVERWHELMED BY TASKS

The second reason could be overwhelming or huge amount of tasks ! Huge number of tasks can obviously make you feel lazy when you won't be able to spend time with yourself . If you are overwhelmed , then, try PRIORITIZING your tasks effectively . This would mean that you can always finish bigger projects earlier and you can always come back to smaller ones ! This prioritization can also be according to your deadlines coming soon or maybe the subjects you like very much , in this way , you will feel energetic and enthusiastic  in completing your tasks ! 


If you want to remain more organised , then, you can buy planners and diaries  in which you can always keep a check on your activities !


3. LESS MOTIVATION

According to researchers, motivation has been found as one of the factors of your laziness ! Also , according to studies , only 2% people in this world are self - motivated which means , who don't need any kind of motivation from outside world. So, if you are part of remaining 98% , then  you have come at right place ! Lack of motivation can be when the tasks you are involved in  don't interest you anymore . If you are going though this , then , try questioning yourself  that why did you start this ? what benefit it will reap you in future? how important is that for you? how will it make you closer to your goal? So, try asking yourself these questions ! And you will find your lost motivation behind these answers . 

So, the next time you feel less motivated , you know, what to do ! 

4.FEAR OF NOT HITTING YOUR GOALS

This fear if imbibed deep into your mind can actually result in not achieving your goals. Before doing every task if you constantly think  that you will not be able to achieve  this goal , then , ultimately your mind will attract this negative statement and will react according to what you put in ! Our mind constantly works on input and output  theme , what you put in will come out in the same way . That's why it is always said  that why you should remain positive in even negative situations ! 

So, before you go to bed every night keep saying '' YOU WILL ACHIEVE THIS '' and you never know what magic may happen tomorrow .

WHY DON'T YOU FEEL LIKE STUDYING ?

 I Know, Studies can sometimes be really frustrating and stressing ! Most of the time we keep on procrastinating it! But , have we really tried to find out REASON BEHIND IT? 

if your ANSWER IS NO ! Then, you have landed at right place!

LAZINESS 

 
According to research, this is one of the major problem found in students !  laziness can be a real big problem at times and students hustle very hard at it ! Their can be various reasons to it .

1. You are just tired of this whole routine
2. You are overwhelmed by tasks
3. You are feeling less motivated
4. You are afraid of not hitting your goals


    Ask yourself these questions and maybe you find real reason behind yours problem!


PROCRASTINATION

Procrastination or in simple language we call it an act of delaying . people often confuse laziness with procrastination , but they both are very different things ! Procrastination is when you have an urge to complete the task but you keep on delaying it . Of course , procrastination isn't that bad ,but , we should know the extent of it . If you are doing this again and again , then, the reasons can be :-

1. You don't feel the importance of that task

2. You are just tired enough

3. Your task isn't your priority anymore

                           Do ask yourself these questions!


PHONE ADDICTION


WELL!WELL!WELL! Nowadays , really CAN'T SURVIVE without our phones . Even, when we are done with our tasks or studies , we prefer to be on our phones rather than go and play outside . Phones , these days are really taking a toll on our lives and combating them has become even more difficult ! unless, you are doing something really useful , you are just harming your own health only .According to research , the MAXIMUM TIME which should be spent on phones is 30 MINUTES! 


                     YOU CAN EASILY COMPARE YOUR TIME WITH THIS NOW!



PEER GROUP 



Your peer group decides almost 30 - 40 % of  your personality and behavior! Choosing peer group is also not an easy task . The way you talk or the way you behave with people around you has a major effect on the kind of people you chill out and relax with ! REMEMBER, it is always  good to be alone rather than being in a bad company ! So, choose your friends very wisely !
